The Company announces the allotment of 1,000,000 new ordinary shares of 5p each ("ordinary shares") fully paid from the Company's blocklisting. These shares were issued for cash on 7 January 2022 at a price of 177.20p per share, which equates to a premium to the estimated cum income net asset value at the time of the transaction of 1.24%.
The cum income net asset value per ordinary share at the close of business on 6 January 2022 was 174.22p per share.
The new shares will rank pari passu with the existing issued ordinary shares of the Company.
