Market Purchase of Company's Own Shares
Notification is given that pursuant to the authority granted at the Annual General Meeting of the Company held on 8 September 2022 to make market purchases of the Company's own shares.
A market purchase of 16,600 ordinary shares of 25p each in the capital of the Company was made on 24 October 2022 at a price of 1883.7222p per share.
The shares will be placed into treasury.
The issued share capital of the Company remains at 137,315,000 ordinary shares of 25p per share; following this purchase into treasury, the total voting rights and the figure to be used as the denominator for calculations of interests in the Company's voting rights is 129,527,222 shares.
