As at close of business on 22nd March 2023 the unaudited net asset value per share, calculated in accordance with the AIC formula (including current year deficit and based on bid market values) was 2272.95p.
In accordance with the Investment Management Agreement entered between the Company and the Manager, Polar Capital, effective 1st May 2019; any performance fee shall be accrued daily.
