Director Declaration - additional directorship

Princess Private Equity Holding Limited ('Princess' or the 'Company') in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.14, announces that it has been notified that Fionnuala Carvill, Director of the Company, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Fair Oaks Income Limited, a company listed on the Specialist Fund Segment, a market of the London Stock Exchange, with effect from 14 June 2022.
