Partners Group Private Equity Limited ("PGPE Ltd")

Changes to the Audit & Risk Committee

In light of the AGM results released on 18 June 2026, PGPE Ltd announces that Gerhard Roggemann has stepped down as a member of the Company's Audit & Risk Committee with immediate effect.

Given the size of Mr Roggemann's shareholding in the Company, the Board believes that this change clarifies the independence of the Audit & Risk Committee and aligns with recognised corporate governance best practice. The Board thanks Mr Roggemann for his valuable contribution to the Committee.

Mr Roggemann remains a Non-Executive Director of PGPE Ltd and a member of the Management Engagement Committee and the Nomination Committee.
