Notification of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities ('PDMRs') and persons closely associated ("PCA")

The Company announces that it was notified on 2 February 2022 of the following transactions by Duncan Leggett, Simon Rose and David Wilkinson, all PDMRs of the Company.

On 2 February 2022, Duncan Leggett sold 9,416 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 115.6p per Share and then purchased 9,296 Shares at a price of 115.9p.

On 2 February 2022, Simon Rose sold 9,479 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 115.6p per Share and then purchased 9,479 Shares at a price of 115.9p.

On 2 February 2022, David Wilkinson sold 9,151 ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ('Shares') at a price of 115.6p per Share and then purchased 9,034 Shares at a price of 115.9p.
