Pathfinder Minerals Plc, the Southern Africa focused natural resource company, is pleased to announce that Allenby Capital Limited has been appointed as the Company's Nominated Adviser and Sole Broker with immediate effect.

Pursuant to AIM Rule 17 of the AIM Rules for Companies, the Company makes the following disclosure.
Pathfinder's Non-Executive Chairman, Dennis Edmonds, was a director of Draganfly Investments Limited ("Draganfly"). Further to the Company's announcement on 2 August 2019, detailing amongst other matters, Draganfly's intention to instruct solicitors to apply to court for a liquidator to be appointed, on 3 June 2022 the court ordered Draganfly as insolvent, and liquidators were appointed.
