Partnership extension with Simplyhealth

Personal Group Holdings Plc (AIM: PGH), the workforce benefits and insurance provider, today announces that it is extending its strategic partnership with healthcare services and health cash plan provider, Simplyhealth, building on their shared ambition to improve access to health and wellbeing support for the UK workforce.

The next phase of the partnership will see Simplyhealth's On Demand services integrated into Hapi, Personal Group's employee benefits platform, and embedded within Personal Group's core offering. This will give employees access to a wider range of clinically approved health and wellbeing services alongside their existing workplace benefits.

As part of the agreement, Simplyhealth will also be able to offer Hapi to its own clients, extending access to Personal Group's employee benefits and engagement technology to more UK employers and their people.

The partnership brings together the strengths of both organisations. Simplyhealth provides access to everyday healthcare and digital health services, while Personal Group brings more than 40 years' experience in employee benefits and financial protection, alongside Hapi and its face-to-face employee engagement model. Together, the two organisations are focused on reducing the barriers to healthcare and wellbeing support, making it easier for employees to discover, access and engage with the services available to them. For Simplyhealth, this reflects a longstanding commitment to improving access to healthcare and wellbeing for everyone, a purpose that has shaped the organisation for more than 150 years and continues to drive its vision for the future.

Through Simplyhealth On Demand, employees can access a range of discounted and self-pay health and wellbeing services, spanning areas including physiotherapy, mental health, women's and men's health, nutrition, diagnostic testing and neurodiversity assessments. Integrating these services into Hapi will make it easier for employees to find and access support through their existing benefits experience.

Paula Constant, Chief Executive Officer of Personal Group, said:

"Our partnership with Simplyhealth is built around a shared belief that good health and wellbeing support should be accessible to everyone, whatever their role or where they work.

"Bringing Simplyhealth's On Demand services into Hapi is an important next step. It means we can give employers a broader range of health and wellbeing support through an experience their employees already know and use, while continuing to combine digital access with the face-to-face engagement that helps people understand what's available to them.

"With partnerships forming an important part of our growth strategy, we're excited about the opportunity for Simplyhealth to take Hapi to its clients, helping us reach more employers and ultimately more people across the UK."

Paul Schreier, Chief Executive Officer of Simplyhealth, said:

"People are more likely to engage with support when it's easy to find, easy to access and embedded into their everyday experience. This partnership reflects our ambition to create a more connected approach to workplace health and wellbeing, extending our reach and helping more people access the support they need. By bringing our services to Hapi, we have the opportunity to reach up to one million additional people, supporting our long-term vision to improve access to healthcare and wellbeing for everyone.

"For more than 150 years, Simplyhealth's purpose has been driven by improving access to healthcare, and partnerships like this are an important way we bring it to life today.

"The expanded partnership builds on the strategic agreement between Personal Group and Simplyhealth announced in March 2026. The initial partnership brought together Simplyhealth's health plans and healthcare services with Personal Group's financial protection products and face-to-face engagement capability, creating a broader approach to employee health and financial wellbeing.

"The two organisations will continue to work together to develop their joint proposition, with a focus on helping employers provide practical, accessible support that can reach employees across different roles, locations and working patterns."
