Transaction in own shares

Pantheon International Plc announces that on 27 February 2026 it purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 6.7 pence each (Shares) on the London Stock Exchange through J.P. Morgan Securities plc.

The Company intends to cancel the purchased Shares.

As a result of the above transaction there are 429,909,667 Ordinary shares in issue, none of which are held in treasury, and the Total Voting Rights of the Company are 429,909,667. A buyback of Ordinary Shares by the Company on any trading day may represent a significant proportion of the daily trading volume in the Ordinary Shares on the Exchange.
