UPDATE REGARDING ARBITRATION AGAINST ROMANIA WITH RESPECT TO THE "CASA RADIO" PROJECT

Further to its last announcements, Plaza Centers N.V. ("Plaza" or the "Company") announces today that, on 2 April, 2024 the Company filed its Reply on the merits and counter memorial on jurisdiction at the International Centre for the Settlement of Investment Disputes. The Company's updated full compensation for its losses with respect to the Project is currently estimated to be up to EUR 425,500,000 as at 31 March, 2024.
