Premier Miton Group plc (AIM: PMI) announces that further to the announcement on 5 February 2024 regarding the allotment of certain Initial Consideration Shares in connection with the acquisition of Tellworth Investments LLP, John Warren transferred part of those shares to a connected party on Friday 28 June 2024 for nil consideration. John Warren continues to hold an interest in those transferred Initial Consideration Shares and the Initial Consideration Shares remain subject to the same selling restrictions as set out in the Company's announcement of 1 November 2023.
