In accordance with the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rule 5.6.1 R, as at 31 October 2024 Pennon Group plc's issued share capital consists of 286,048,709 ordinary shares of 61.05p each, with 5,628 shares held in treasury. Therefore, the total number of voting rights in Pennon Group plc is 286,043,081 shares.
The figure above (286,043,081) may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, Pennon Group plc under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
