Pod Point Group Holdings plc announced on 4 May 2022 that Non-Executive Director Dr Erika Schraner will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of HgCapital Trust plc with effect from 1 August 2022. She will join the Audit, Valuation & Risk Committee, the Nomination Committee, and chair the Management Engagement Committee of HgCapital Trust plc. Dr Schraner also notified Pod Point Group Holdings plc that she will step down from her board position at Aferian plc with effect from 29 July 2022.

In accordance with LR9.6.14R, Dr Erika Schraner, Non-Executive Director of Pod Point, has notified the Company that she will be appointed as a Non-Executive Director of the HgCapital Trust plc ("HGT") with effect from 1 August 2022. Erika will join the Audit, Valuation & Risk Committee, and the Nomination Committee of HGT and she will also chair the Management Engagement Committee.
Erika has also notified the Company that she will be stepping down from her board position at Aferian plc with effect from 29 July 2022.
