The Company is pleased to announce that Anita Guernari has been appointed as Company Secretary effective 3rd January 2023. The Board wishes to thank Prism Cosec Limited for acting as Company Secretary since the IPO in November 2021.
Prior to joining Pod Point, Anita was Group Legal Counsel and Company Secretary of Treatt plc.
