Pod Point Group Holdings PLC announced changes to its Board Committee memberships, effective from 25 July. Andy Palmer was appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and stepped down from the ESG Committee. Gareth Davis stepped down as Chair of the Nomination Committee, remained a member, and was appointed to the Remuneration Committee, while Melanie Lane was appointed to the ESG Committee.

Board Committee Changes
The Board of Pod Point Group Holdings plc (the "Board"), a leading provider of electric vehicle charging solutions in the UK, announces changes to membership of the following Board committees with effect from 25 July:
· Andy Palmer is appointed Chair of the Nomination Committee and steps down from the ESG Committee.
· Gareth Davis steps down as Chair of the Nomination Committee but remains a member of the committee and is appointed to the Remuneration Committee
· Melanie Lane is appointed to the ESG Committee
