Pod Point Group Holdings plc announced on 2 June 2025 that its Non-Executive Director, Dr Margaret Amos, has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Metrics plc with immediate effect. Effective from 1st July, Dr Amos will also become Head of Oxford Metrics plc's Audit Committee and a member of its Remuneration Committee.

In accordance with UKLR6.4.9R, Dr Margaret Amos, Non-Executive Director of Pod Point, has notified the Company that she has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director of Oxford Metrics plc ("Oxford") with immediate effect. With effect from 1st July, Margaret will be Head of Oxford's Audit Committee and be appointed as a member of its Remuneration Committee.
