Publication of Annual Report and Financial Statements 2024
In compliance with UKLR6.4.1R and DTR 6.3.5, Pod's Annual Report and Financial Statements for the year-ended 31 December 2024 in ESEF format (the Annual Report) has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
The Annual Report is also available on the Company's investor website at http://investors.pod-point.com/
The Company confirms that, in accordance with DTR 6.3.5(1A), the regulated information required under DTR 6.3.5, is available in unedited full text within the Annual Report available on the National Storage Mechanism and on the Pod investor website.
Hard copies of the Annual Report will be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form on 18 June 2025.
