Primorus Investments plc (AIM: PRIM) announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") with accompanying Form of Proxy has been sent to shareholders.
The AGM will be held on 28 June 2024 at 11:00 a.m. at the offices of Keystone Law, 48 Chancery Lane, London WC2A 1JF.
