ADQ completes acquisition of stake in Aramex
ADQ has completed the acquisition of a majority stake in Aramex, bringing its total shareholding to 63.16 percent when combined with AD Ports Group, in which it holds a majority stake. The voluntary tender offer is now unconditional following all required regulatory and internal approvals.
Aramex will join ADQ's Transport & Logistics cluster, accelerating the development of a UAE-anchored logistics platform that supports regional trade and economic growth.
