The Chairperson of Permanent TSB Group Holdings plc, Julie O'Neill, has announced that Mr Donal Courtney has informed the Board of his intention to retire as a Non-Executive Director on 1 October 2024 having completed his six-year term of office.
The Chairperson paid tribute to Mr Courtney and expressed the Board's deep appreciation for his valuable service and commitment over what was a transformative period for the Bank, particularly in his roles as Chair of the Board Audit Committee and more recently as Chair of the Board Risk and Compliance Committee.
