On 31 January 2024, RC365 Holding Plc announced it was awarded a two-year contract with a new client in Japan. RC365 Holding Plc ("RC365"), a company focusing on payment gateway solutions and IT support, is pleased to announce that its has been awarded a two year contract with a new client in Japan worth c£0.6m (c£0.3m per annum) including a fixed fee of c£0.4m and c£0.2m in estimated commissions.
The contract has been signed with a leading Japanese conglomerate that operates regionally in the Consulting, Real Estate, Health and Beauty and FinTech industries. The contract will commence on 1 February 2024 and will be subject to renewal on 31 January 2026. RC365 will provide co-branded prepaid card services including, remittance and payment functions.
