Blacksilver Wealth Management Onboarded to Wealth Management System

RC365 Holding plc (LSE: RCGH), an established payment solutions and fintech company, is pleased to announce that Blacksilver Trust (Hong Kong) Limited ("Blacksilver") has been onboarded to the Group's recently launched Wealth Management System, a purpose-built Software-as-a-Service ("SaaS") platform designed for trust companies and wealth management institutions and integrated within the RC ecosystem.

This follows the Company's announcement on 3 July 2026 of a five-year strategic partnership agreement between Regal Crown Technology Limited and Blacksilver. The onboarding forms part of the trust management system modernisation under that agreement, with Blacksilver becoming the first subscriber to the Group's Wealth Management System.

The onboarding of Blacksilver represents the first commercial deployment of the Wealth Management System and follows the Group's recent launch of the platform. It also demonstrates the continued commercial application of the Group's proprietary fintech infrastructure across the wealth management and trust services sector.

Under the onboarding arrangement, Blacksilver will be provided with access to the Wealth Management System to support the digitalisation and management of its wealth management operations. The platform is designed to provide an integrated operating environment for client administration, account management, workflow processes, reporting and related technology support.

The Wealth Management System has been developed as a turnkey SaaS solution that can be licensed to multiple trust companies and wealth management firms on a subscription basis. As previously announced on 6 July 2026, the platform is intended to generate recurring monthly SaaS revenues for the Group, together with potential additional income from tailor-made customisation services, client referral commissions and adoption of other RC ecosystem services, including the Group's Banking Virtual Account ("BVA") service.

Commercial Deployment

Blacksilver is the first subscriber to the Wealth Management System and has been onboarded as part of the initial commercial rollout phase. The onboarding process includes platform access, configuration, operational support and, where required, integration with Blacksilver's existing systems and internal workflows.

The Group expects the onboarding of Blacksilver to provide valuable operational feedback as the platform is refined ahead of broader commercial rollout to additional wealth management institutions and trust companies.

The Company believes that the onboarding further validates the commercial rationale for the Wealth Management System, which was developed to address the increasing demand from smaller and mid-sized financial services institutions for cost-effective, enterprise-grade digital wealth management infrastructure.

Strategic Rationale

The Board believes that the onboarding supports the Group's strategy of deploying its proprietary technology across multiple financial services clients on a subscription basis. It also provides potential opportunities to offer complementary RC ecosystem services, including BVA infrastructure, API connectivity and payment-related solutions.

Chief Executive Officer's Commentary

Chi Kit (Michael) Law, Executive Director and Chief Executive Officer of RC365, commented:

"We are pleased to onboard Blacksilver to our Wealth Management System. This represents the first commercial deployment of the platform and further demonstrates the relevance of our technology to the wealth management and trust services sector.

The Wealth Management System was developed as a scalable SaaS product capable of supporting the digital transformation of financial services institutions. The onboarding of Blacksilver is a further example of how the RC ecosystem can provide integrated technology solutions to professional clients while creating recurring revenue opportunities for the Group.

We look forward to working closely with Blacksilver during the implementation phase and to continuing the broader commercial rollout of the Wealth Management System."

The Company will continue to monitor user adoption, platform performance and commercial development during the rollout phase and will provide further updates in due course.
