Redcentric plc (AIM:RCN) ("Redcentric" or the "Company"), a leading UK IT managed services provider, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 March 2024 will be available on the Company's website at www.redcentricplc.com from 2 September 2024. Notice of the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will also be posted to shareholders on 2 September 2024.
The AGM of the Company will be held at 11:00a.m. on Thursday 26 September 2024 at the offices of Cavendish Capital Markets Limited, 1 Bartholomew Close, London EC1A 7BL.
