§ Riverstone Credit Opportunities Income Plc ("RCOI" or the "Company") is pleased to announce that the distribution for the quarter ending 31 December 2021 of 1.70 cents per share, has been declared by the Directors, payable on 25 March 2022 to holders of ordinary shares on the register at the close of business on 25 February 2022 (ex-distribution date is 24 February 2022). Total distributions with respect to the year ended 31 December 2021 are 7.00 cents per share.
