Following the share buyback the Company's issued ordinary share capital consists of 156,848,065 ordinary shares, 2,874,863 of which shares (being 1.83% of the Company's total issued share capital) are held in treasury. Each share carries one vote. Accordingly, the number of shares with voting rights in issue is 153,973,202. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules. |
