Partnership with The Lettings Hub

RentGuarantor (AQSE: RGG), a provider of rent guarantee services to prospective tenants across the socio-economic spectrum wishing to rent property in the UK private rental sector, announces that it has entered into an agreement with Let Insurance Services Ltd T/a The Lettings Hub ("The Lettings Hub") for the use of the RentGuarantor service.

The Lettings Hub is a supplier of technology-driven products and services designed to make the lettings journey quicker and easier for all parties across the rental value chain, with the aim of securing robust and efficient tenancies. The Lettings Hub is a market leading referencing provider, completing 180,000 references per year, with 12% of these references requiring a guarantor.

Under this initial three-year partnership, RentGuarantor will provide a company guarantor option to The Lettings Hub's tenants.

Paul Foy, CEO of RentGuarantor, commented: "We are very pleased to announce this partnership with The Lettings Hub, marking the fifth strategic contract we have signed in 2023. The Lettings Hub's emphasis on providing technology-driven solutions to serve the breadth of the rental value chain is well-aligned to our own values, and we look forward to integrating our product with their service and offering applicants the option of securing a guarantor.

"According to Arlington Research, 38% of tenants would choose to pay for a rent guarantee service rather than relying on family. This latest partnership with The Lettings Hub clearly demonstrates the growing demand for our product."

Heidi Shackell, CEO of The Lettings Hub, commented: "This significant announcement from The Lettings Hub and RentGuarantor brings an innovative solution to a very real market issue - the increasingly common requirement for a tenant to provide a guarantor. Thanks to this collaboration, the RentGuarantor solution will be seamlessly integrated into BOX, The Lettings Hub's unique property management software platform, used by leading names in the Private Rental Sector every day."
