Rockwood Strategic Plc (the "Company"), announces that as at 1 July 2022 the unaudited post tax net asset value (NAV) per ordinary share was 1,505.6 pence.

The above NAV calculation is based on 2,541,046 ordinary shares in issue with a nominal value of 50 pence each (the "Ordinary Shares").
