FUTURE BOARD CHANGE
RM plc ("RM"), a leading supplier of technology and resources to the education sector, today issues an announcement about a future Board change.
John Poulter, Chairman, has advised the Board of his intention to step down as Chairman of RM. A date will be announced once John's successor has joined the Board. John was appointed Chairman on 1 May 2013.
A formal process to identify a successor has been initiated.
The Board would like to put on record their thanks and recognition for the considerable contribution John has made during his period as Chairman.
