Amendment and Extension to Revolving Credit Facility and updated Website
Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC is pleased to announce that its wholly-owned subsidiary, RNEW Capital, LLC, completed on 18 October 2024 an amendment and extension to its existing revolving credit facility ("RCF") with KeyBank, one of the premier lenders to the U.S. renewable energy industry.
The RCF is now set to mature in October 2025, with scope for the size of the facility to reduce as assets are realised as part of the proposed programme for the sale of the Company's assets.
The Company also announces a new website https://rnewfund.com/.
