Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC (the "Company")
New management arrangements
Further to the Company announcement dated 6 May 2025, the Company confirms that the Financial Conduct Authority has approved the Company's application to become a self-managed alternative investment fund with effect from the date of this announcement. The Company intends that it will remain self-managed for the remainder of its wind-down process.
The Company's existing alternative investment fund management agreement with Ecofin Advisors, LLC has therefore been terminated with effect from the date of this announcement.

On 25 June 2025, Ecofin U.S. Renewables Infrastructure Trust PLC confirmed the Financial Conduct Authority approved its application to become a self-managed alternative investment fund, effective from this date. Consequently, the Company's existing alternative investment fund management agreement with Ecofin Advisors, LLC was terminated, also effective 25 June 2025.
