The Rank Group Plc noted that Lucinda Charles-Jones, its non-executive director and remuneration committee chair, has been appointed as a non-executive director of Virgin Money UK PLC. This appointment is effective from 22 January 2024, and she will also join the board of Clydesdale Bank PLC. She will become a member of Virgin Money's audit, risk, remuneration, and governance and nomination committees, and will be appointed chair of Virgin Money's remuneration committee with effect from 1 March 2024.

Following a transition and handover period, Lucinda will be appointed as chair of the Virgin Money remuneration committee with effect from 1 March 2024 subject to final regulatory approval.
