The Company announces that persons closely associated with Simon Pryce, CEO acquired the following shares:

The shares acquired through the SIPP were made through a fund managed by a third party on a discretionary basis and notified to Simon Pryce on 29 May 2024. As at the date of this announcement, Simon Pryce's interests in the Company, including his connected persons' interests are 159,124 Ordinary Shares of 10p each.
