RS Group PLC announced on 12 December 2025 that Director Louisa Burdett will retire from its Board of Directors with effect from 31 January 2026. This concludes her nine-year tenure, having joined the Company in February 2017. Burdett served as Chair of the Audit Committee and a member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees; Carole Cran succeeded her as Chair of the Audit Committee, as announced in July 2025.

Director Retirement
As part of planned succession, the Company announces that Louisa Burdett will retire from the Board of Directors of the Company at the end of her nine-year tenure on the Board with effect from 31 January 2026. Louisa joined the Company in February 2017, and has served as Chair of the Audit Committee and member of the Nomination and Remuneration Committees. As announced in July 2025, Carole Cran succeeded Louisa as Chair of the Audit Committee.
