Transaction in Own Shares

Restore plc ("Restore" or the "Company") announces today it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 5.0 pence each through Investec Bank plc in the period from 13 April 2026 to 17 April 2026.

The company intends to cancel the purchased shares.  Following the cancellation of these Ordinary Shares, the Company will have 136,357,876 Ordinary Shares in issue (excluding treasury shares).
