Further to the publication on 19 September 2023 of the Company's preliminary results for the year ended 30 June 2023 and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1, a copy of the Annual Report 2023 ('Annual Report') has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available in unedited full text and structured electronic format at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism. The Annual Report will also be available at www.renishaw.com/investor.
Hard copy versions of the Annual Report have been posted to those shareholders who have elected to receive them in paper form.
The Company's Annual General Meeting ('AGM') will be held on Wednesday, 29 November 2023 at the Company's headquarters at New Mills, Wotton-under-Edge, Gloucestershire, GL12 8JR at 10am. The Notice of Meeting will be published and sent to shareholders in due course at which time it will also be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and made available at www.renishaw.com/investor.
