Total Voting Rights
In accordance with DTR 5.6.1R of the Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules of the Financial Conduct Authority, RWS Holdings plc ("RWS" or the "Company") notifies the market of the following:
As at 30 September 2026, RWS's issued and fully paid share capital comprised 371,163,323 ordinary shares with a nominal value of 1 pence each ("RWS Shares") with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any RWS Shares in Treasury.
Therefore the total number of voting rights in RWS is 371,163,323 and this figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, RWS under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules
RWS Holdings plc notified the market of its total voting rights as at 30 September 2026. At that date, the company's issued and fully paid share capital comprised 371,163,323 ordinary shares, each with a nominal value of 1 pence and one voting right. RWS Holdings plc holds no shares in Treasury, resulting in a total of 371,163,323 voting rights.
