Transaction in own shares

Science Group plc (AIM:SAG) announces that, on 17 August 2026, it purchased 20,000 of its 1 pence ordinary shares at an average price of 576.5 pence per share. The highest price paid per share was 577 pence and the lowest price paid per share was 576 pence. The Company purchased these shares through Panmure Liberum Limited.

The number of shares purchased represented 0.05% of the voting rights attributable to the total ordinary shares in issue prior to the purchase. The purchased shares will be held in treasury.

The total number of ordinary shares in issue (excluding treasury shares) following this announcement is 40,499,093. Science Group holds 5,686,781 shares in treasury.

The figure of 40,499,093 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
