Launch of AI Agent Subscription on sundae_bar platform
Adding a scalable recurring revenue stream for the Company
Sundae Bar AI PLC (AIM: SBAR), the enterprise AI platform, announces the launch of its full monthly subscription offering on the sundae_bar platform enabling businesses access to ready-made or bespoke AI Agents on a monthly subscription basis. This new offering marks one of the Company’s most significant milestones, bringing the core elements of the sundae_bar roadmap together in one commercial product and adding a new recurring revenue stream.
For the first time, customers, including businesses and individuals, can subscribe to sundae_bar for AI Agent solutions as an ongoing service. The subscription includes nine ready-made Agents together with Scout, which assists in finding or building bespoke Agents around each customer’s requirements using Skills available through sundae_bar, including those developed through SN121 challenges. This expected recurring revenue stream will be in addition to the current one-off marketplace sales and bespoke enterprise deployments.
Most businesses understand that AI can help but lack the time or technical expertise to choose models, engineer prompts and combine multiple tools. sundae_bar removes that complexity: customers can simply describe the work they need completed and the platform identifies or builds the right Agent for the job. The Board believes this combination of simplicity, bespoke capability and built-in quality checks positions sundae_bar strongly within the growing AI Agent market.
The subscription launch expands sundae_bar three complementary routes to revenue:
Customers can launch a ready-made Agent or ask Scout to build one around a specific requirement. Skills are checked for suitability, and every newly created Agent must pass a quality check before deployment.
The launch moves sundae_bar beyond individual transactions into an ongoing commercial relationship with customers. The Board believes the combination of recurring subscriptions, one-off marketplace sales and enterprise deployments provides the Company with its clearest path yet to commercialisation at scale.
"The last phase connected SN121 to our commercial platform and created an engine for continuous development. This new offering launch turns that engine into a scalable subscription product, bringing together our ready-made Agents, Scout and growing Skills library.
"Businesses should not need to understand which AI model or workflow they require. They should be able to describe the work they need completed and trust sundae_bar to identify or build the right Agent. That simplicity, combined with recurring revenue and a platform that becomes more capable as its library grows, is what makes this such an important milestone."
The subscription platform is the next step from the integration announced in August 2026, when winning Skills developed through the Agent Lab began flowing into the sundae_bar marketplace.
The Agent Lab has completed 25 challenges and attracted more than 6,000 competing submissions. Development over the past three months has been guided by customer requests and platform demand signals. Winning Skills are now used within ready-made Agents and are available to Scout when building Agents around customer requirements, creating a direct route from customer demand to commercial product. The Agent Lab operates through SN121 on Bittensor, enabling developers to work on multiple challenges in parallel without requiring a proportional increase in the Company’s internal development headcount.
The Company’s priorities are to grow subscription adoption, convert platform usage into paying customers, increase the number of ready-made Agents and continue expanding the Skills available to Scout. Monthly subscriptions provide a clearer path to growing recurring revenue, alongside further commercial opportunities from the marketplace and enterprise offering.

About Reach Announcements
This is a Reach announcement. Reach is an investor communication service aimed at assisting listed and unlisted (including AIM quoted) companies to distribute media only / non-regulatory news releases into the public domain. Information required to be notified under the AIM Rules for Companies, Market Abuse Regulation or other regulation would be disseminated as an RNS regulatory announcement and not on Reach. Following its successful AIM admission in June 2025, sundae_bar is building the go-to commercial platform for AI in business. Through a simple monthly subscription, sundae_bar gives businesses one simple interface to access and deploy AI. Tell it what needs to get done, and Scout identifies or builds the right Agent from a growing library of AI Skills and Agents. With more than 700 AI Skills and Agents already available, sundae_bar can support work across core business functions including marketing, finance, research and workflow automation. That capability can expand rapidly, with new Skills and Agents continuously added to the platform and made available across the customer base.
Behind this continuous development is Subnet 121 (SN121), sundae_bar’s AI development engine on the Bittensor network. Rather than relying solely on an internal development team, sundae_bar can open business requirements to a global network of developers competing to build the best-performing solutions. This allows sundae_bar to develop and test new AI capabilities in parallel, expanding the platform at scale and speed.
The result is an Enterprise AI platform that gets broader and more capable as it grows, while making that expanding intelligence simple for businesses to put to work.
