Following the announcement on 5 July 2022, Bláthnaid Bergin became Chief Financial Officer and joined the Sainsbury's Board on 5 March 2023. Kevin O'Byrne retired from the Company on 4 March 2023.
Since the announcement on 5 July 2022, Bláthnaid Bergin has stepped down as Non-Executive Director, Chair of the Audit Committee and Senior Independent Director of Artemis Alpha Investment Trust. There are no additional matters that would require disclosure under LR 9.6.13R (1).
