Interim Dividend

The Directors of Schroder BSC Social Impact Trust plc (the "Company") have declared the payment of an interim dividend of 0.57p per share (gross) for the period ended 30 June 2021.

Ex-dividend date:            28 October 2021

Record date:                      29 October 2021

Payment date:                  3 December 2021

Dividend per share:        0.57 pence (gross)

As stated in the Company's Prospectus, the Company intends to use the interest streaming regime applicable to investment trusts. This interim dividend has therefore been designated wholly as an interest distribution of "qualifying interest income" for UK tax purposes.
