Schroder Income Growth Fund PLC held its Annual General Meeting on December 11, 2024, where all 13 proposed resolutions were duly passed by shareholders. Ordinary resolutions, including the re-election of four directors (Ewen Cameron Watt, June Aitken, Fraser McIntyre, Victoria Muir), the re-appointment of Ernst & Young LLP as auditor, and the approval of the Directors' Remuneration Report, passed with votes ranging from 98.21% to 99.94% in favour. Special resolutions, such as renewing authority to allot shares, disapplying pre-emption rights, and renewing authority to purchase own shares, also passed with over 98% of votes in favour, against a total of 69,417,343 voting rights.

Schroder Income Growth Fund plc announces that, at the Annual General Meeting, held on Wednesday, 11 December 2024, a poll was held on each of the resolutions proposed in the Notice of Meeting and each resolution was duly passed.
