Investment in other listed closed-ended investment fund
Schroder Income Growth Fund plc (the "Company") announces that, in accordance with Listing Rule 11.7.8, as at close of business on 30 September 2025 it had a portfolio investment in 3i Group plc, a company which does not itself have an investment policy that limits its investments in other listed closed-ended investment funds to no more than 15% of its gross assets.

Schroder Income Growth Fund PLC announced on 01 October 2025 that as at close of business on 30 September 2025, it held a portfolio investment in 3i Group plc. This announcement was made in accordance with Listing Rule 11.7.8, as 3i Group plc's investment policy does not limit its investments in other listed closed-ended investment funds to no more than 15% of its gross assets.
