Notice of Annual General Meeting

Scancell Holdings plc (AIM: SCLP), the developer of ImmunoBody® and Moditope® active immunotherapies to treat cancer, announces that the Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be posted on the company's website shortly, following announcement on 15 October of the publication of the Company's UK annual report and financial statements for the year ended 30 April 2026. These documents will also be posted to shareholders who have elected to receive hard copies.

The AGM will be held at 11.00am on 19 November 2026 at The Caledonian Club, 9 Halkin Street, London SW1X 7DR. Shareholders wishing to attend are requested to use the 9A Halkin Street Entrance and encouraged to register in advance by mailing [email protected] with your full name, full address and email address.

After the AGM, Scancell's senior management team will be giving a short presentation followed by a Q&A session, and all shareholders are invited to attend in person.
