ScS Group plc announced that Angela Luger, a Non-Executive Director, was appointed as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, effective from 12 January 2022. This appointment, made in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11 and announced on 17 January 2022, follows the death of George Adams, who previously held this role.

Change of Director Responsibilities
Further to the announcement on 30 November 2021 regarding the death of George Adams, who as well as serving as a Non-Executive Director of the Company was also Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, and in accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.11, ScS announces that Angela Luger, Non-Executive Director of the Company, has been appointed as Chair of the Company's Remuneration Committee, with effect from 12 January 2022.
