Schroder AsiaPacific Fund plc (the "Company") announces that on Tuesday 25 November 2025 it purchased 75,000 of its ordinary shares at a price of 649.59 pence per share, to be cancelled.
Following this purchase, the Company's issued share capital consists of 131,340,673 ordinary shares of 10p each, the total number of shares in treasury is 0 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 131,340,673.
The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Financial Conduct Authority's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
