Schroders plc announces pursuant to Listing Rule 9.6.14R(2) that Paul Edgecliffe-Johnson, an independent non-executive Director of the Company, will join Flutter Entertainment plc as Chief Financial Officer and Executive Director in the first half of 2023. Paul will step down from his current role as Director, Chief Financial Officer and Group Head of Strategy of InterContinental Hotels Group PLC in order to take up this new position.
