Annual Report and Accounts 2025 and Notice of Annual General Meeting 2025
Following the release on 18 June 2025 of the Company's final results for the year ended 31 March 2025, the Company announces that it has published its Annual Report and Accounts for that period ("Annual Report").
The Company also announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at 11.00am on Thursday, 4 September 2025 at the offices of Addleshaw Goddard LLP, Milton Gate, 60 Chiswell Street, London, EC1Y 4AG.
Copies of the following documents have been posted to shareholders who have elected to continue to receive paper communications:
· Annual Report;
· Notice of AGM; and
· Form of Proxy.
Copies of the above documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
