On 14th September 2021, Severfield PLC issued 273,963 new Ordinary shares of 2.5p each from its block listing authority dated 1st July 2021. Following this issuance, the total number of ordinary shares and voting rights in the Company stands at 308,908,826. Severfield PLC retains the ability to issue a further 967,085 shares under the same block listing facility.

Issue of Ordinary Shares
On 14th September 2021 SEVERFIELD PLC (the "Company") from its block listing authority of 1st July 2021 issued 273,963 new Ordinary shares of 2.5p each. Following this issue, the Company has the ability to issue a further 967,085 shares under its block listing facility of 1st July 2021.
As a result of this issue, the total number of ordinary shares in issue now stands at 308,908,826 and the total number of voting rights in the Company is 308,908,826. There are no shares held in treasury.
The above figure of 308,908,826 may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculation by which they may determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
