On 27 November 2023, The Sage Group plc. purchased 459,630 of its ordinary shares from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 1,120.77 pence, with a highest price paid of 1,123.00 pence and a lowest price of 1,104.50 pence. Sage will cancel all the purchased shares, which were bought as part of a share buyback programme announced on 22 November 2023 and expected to conclude no later than 23 April 2024.

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Sage Group plc. ("Sage" or the "Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from Morgan Stanley & Co. International Plc ("Morgan Stanley"). This is pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 22 November 2023 which is expected to end no later than 23 April 2024.
