On 14 January 2025, The Sage Group plc purchased 786,165 of its ordinary shares from J.P. Morgan Securities plc on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities. The shares were acquired at a volume weighted average price of 1,278.8488 pence per share and will be cancelled, pursuant to a share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2024.

TRANSACTION IN OWN SHARES
The Sage Group plc ("Sage" or the "Group") announces today that it has purchased the following number of its ordinary shares of 1 ⁴/₇₇ pence each on the London Stock Exchange and Multilateral Trading Facilities from J.P. Morgan Securities plc ("J.P. Morgan"). This is pursuant to the share buyback programme announced on 20 November 2024 which is expected to end no later than 3 June 2025.
